Mr. Coleman has concentrated in complex business litigation for the past 31 years, including extensive experience in legal and accountant malpractice, commercial fraud, breach of fiduciary and other commercial torts. He has represented public pensions systems and plan participants in several high-profile, nationally recognized cases involving wrongful plan investment practices and plan termination. Mr. Coleman has also been lead counsel in high profile bankruptcy litigation involving issues of fradulent conveyance, corporate breach of fudiciary duty and non-dischageability. In addition, Mr. Coleman has also been class counsel in several major class action antitrust, security and consumer fraud cases before juries in federal and state courts around the United States. He manages the professional liability program for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Mutual (ATLA) and the risk retention group sponsored by the ATLA, and is the director of the Private Bank and Trust Company in Chicago.
